Chef Francesco is world travelled, having been in the position of Head Chef and Executive Chef in such places as Ischia, Naples, Antwerp, St. Albans, London and Sau Paulo to name a few. He has brought along Sous Chef Mario Mendoza who was a lead cook at the Summit and Cafe 19 at Harrah's, with experiences at Evans in South Lake Tahoe and La Petit Pier in Tahoe Vista. |
