Group/Wedding Hotel Room Blocks: From groups of 12 to 200+ there are many options to meet your specific group’s needs. Family reunions, weddings, anniversary celebrations, corporate meetings, golf, ski, shooting or fishing packages can be customized. Wedding License Information: A State of Nevada Marriage License may be obtained at the Douglas County Clerk's Office located in the Minden Inn, 1594 Esmeralda Avenue, Room 105, Minden (775) 782-9014
Hours: Monday-Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., clerk on call Friday evening, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
ID Needed: Drivers License or Certified Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport or Military Identification.
Age Requirements: 18 years of age or older.
Current Application Fee: $55 (additional $10 fee for certified copy of marriage certificate). Cash, travellers check or credit card (price subject to change).
Waiting Period: None.
Expiration Date: License must be used within one (1) year.
Blood Test: None required.
NOTE: If divorced, need date divorce was final and City and State finalized in. Allow at least 20 minutes to apply for and obtain your license. If it is a weekend or holiday, you may want to allow 30 to 40 minutes.
