Carson Valley Inn and Bodines Casinos Giving Away
100 Round-Trip Getaways in September

One hundred round-trip tickets to anywhere Southwest Airlines flies in the continental United States will be given away to Club players in September at the sister properties of the Carson Valley Inn in Minden and Bodines Casino in south Carson City with fifty trips awarded at each property.  These trips are a great way to visit your grandkids (or fly your grandkids in to visit you), attend an upcoming high school reunion, catch the fall foliage "back east" or just hop on a plane and go somewhere warm this winter!

According to Joey Whitacre, Director of Casino Operations and Marketing for both properties, "Casino customers responded very favorably to our $100,000 cash giveaway during August so we're offering our players another dual-property promotion in September.  And since prizes vary at each drawing, we'll ensure that each of our two locations gives away all 50 of the round trips by drawing for all remaining trips during our grand prize drawings on Wednesday evening, September 29.  We're also sweetening the pot so that players at both the Carson Valley Inn and Bodines Casino earn 4X entries every Wednesday in September."

Players earn a free entry for every 25 points.  Those playing at the Carson Valley Inn will earn points for the CVI drawings.  Those playing at Bodines earn points for the Bodines drawings.    

There are three ways players win in the Getaway Giveaways promotion during September:

• Every club player can swipe their club card for free at each of the two casinos every day – plus earn up to two more daily swipes for each 50 points earned that day.  Daily Swipe and Win prizes range from weekend drawing entries up to one of the free trips for two - and every swipe is a guaranteed winner. 
• Every Wednesday in September, Hot Seat Drawings will be held between noon and 8 p.m. from those playing in the casino.  Hot Seat drawing winners will choose envelopes for prizes up to and including a pair of the round-trip tickets. 
• Additional Getaway Giveaway drawings are held every Thursday, Friday and Saturday in September.  Drawing times are staggered to make it possible for customers to play at both casinos during the week and then make the drawings at both locations on the drawing nights. Times are 5, 7 and 9:00 p.m. at Bodines; and 6, 8 and 10:00 p.m. at the Carson Valley Inn. 

Club members at both casinos receive many other benefits throughout each month based on their casino play.  Monthly mailers contain free slot play, food comp coupons and news on other benefits.  Additional mailers, promotions, tournaments and special events are offered based on the time of year and level of play. 

The Carson Valley Inn (www.carsonvalleyinn.com) is located on US Highway 395 in Minden, NV near the start of State Highway 88, twenty minutes from Lake Tahoe's south shore and 45 minutes south of Reno.  The property includes a recently-remodeled casino, 152-room hotel, 74-room motor lodge, 59-site RV Park and a convenience store with Shell gas and diesel fuel.  There are also three dining facilities including CV Steak, the Inn's new Nevada-style steakhouse featuring steaks, seafood, pasta dishes and more.

 Bodines (www.bodinescarson.com) is located on the corner of Highway 395 and Old Clear Creek Road in Carson City, just south of Hwy 50 at the Spooner Summit turnoff.  The two-year-old 30,000 square foot casino includes almost 300 slot and video poker machines, a restaurant featuring breakfast, lunch and dinner, two specialty bars - the ultra-hip Round Bar and the Sports Bar, and acres of lighted parking including a subterranean parking garage.  The Bodines Sports Book also offers pari-mutuel horse betting.
