Live entertainment continues in the Carson Valley Inn's Cabaret Lounge from 6:00 to 11:00 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday nights and from 7 p.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.  All CVI Cabaret Lounge entertainment is presented with no cover charge and no drink minimum. 

George Pickard, August 5 – 7 and 26 –28: One of the Carson Valley Inn's most versatile and requested entertainers, George wrote the music and lyrics to the catchy CVI jingle used on TV and radio commercials. He does clever impersonations of Kenny Rogers, Ray Charles, Conway Twitty, Johnny Ray and more. Samples from a recent night include Credence Clearwater Revival's Green River, the Animals' House of the Rising Sun, Chris DeBurgh's Lady in Red and lots of Elvis.
